Hydro Clear Black

Sculpt Nouveau Hydro Clear Black is a tinted black Hydro Clear Matte. Like regular Hydro Clear, Hydro Clear Black is for your toughest jobs, such as countertops and ocean environments. Hydro Clear Black is UV resistant, non-yellowing and has excellent clarity. It resists abrasions, chemicals, graffiti and stains. Hydro Clear Black cleans up quickly with tap or distilled water.

Hydro Clear Black is ready to use after mixing part A with Part B. There is no need for thinning. However, you can add regular Hydro Clear to increase transparency.

Plan to apply one wet coat, but avoid puddles. Hydro Clear Black works well when sprayed, rolled or brushed. We recommend spraying for the most consistent results. Use a 1.4 tip at about 45-60 psi from an HVLP sprayer. Adding a second coat risks bubbling. If required, allow a minimum of 48 hours before re-coating. Fortunately, you only need one good coat for optimal protection.

Hydro Clear Black is available in 32oz. and 1 gallon kits. One gallon will typically cover 250 sq. ft.
